“Salt” is essential for life, For Body and Soul.
It has long held an important place in religion & culture.
It symbolizes taste. It preserves and purifies.
One of the oldest roads to civilization, It was considered a Luxury!
In every episode I will share with you a sprinkle of salt,
a lesson in life, a piece of wisdom, or in some cases a simple recipe!

My first sprinkle to you is going to be about “feeling good”.
Those simple little things yet full of joy and satisfaction, Like
having your favorite cup of coffee or walking on a breezy day
while listening to your favorite music track. Separated from
every other thought, Enjoying that very moment!
Life could be a stressful place with the daily long list of Do’s
and Don’ts, So Do yourself a FAVOR and take a Break! To
Unwind, Recharge and get back fully Motivated and in control
of your next move! Because when you take care of yourself
you will be able to take care of everything else, Decisions will
seem clearer and time will pass less stressful.
So, When was the last time you were
feeling good?
Let’s work on our happiness with those little hacks:





Happiness Hacks!
If you want to elevate your mind and soul, Or if you are down and need a buzz of feeling good, try doing this:
1. Be Grateful , Give Thanks. Happiness starts with being grateful, So Think about at least three things you are
grateful for today, and write them down, Remember, It’s only a bad day, not a bad life!
2. Make your favorite drink or cook a meal. For you or for your family, it works like magic!
3. Make a list of your favorite songs and listen to it. Music will heal, motivate and elevate!
4. Sweat yourself. Go Jogging or play some sports, Or if you enjoy it better, Do some Yoga!
5. Do some Desk organizing or wardrobe cleaning. Productivity feels Good!
6. Get creative with your loved hobby! Draw, Write, Read, Take Photos, Play music or Dance, Enjoy some “you” time!
7. Do something Good for someone you don’t know! Especially if no one is watching, happiness is guaranteed!
8. Take a Silent walk in fresh air. Let go of everything and feel the breezy air!
9. Look into the mirror and smile. Act like today’s already a wonderful day. How we act affects how we feel.
10. Call your best Friend . Whether you want to do something crazy or just talk, It always helps to get it out!
